Right Eye Consulting was founded by Sarah Leath of Indianapolis, IN and has been impacting Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Pediatric, and Dental Practices since 2006. Right Eye Consulting prides itself on bringing Dental Practice Management solutions, Marketing expertise and the “technology edge” to Dental, Ortho, and Oral Surgery practices throughout the country. The team members at Right Eye Consulting have worked in Oral Surgery practices, Ortho Practices, and Dental offices. They have experienced real world, every day dilemmas just as you, yourself, have experienced in your practice.

Sarah started Right Eye Consulting because she felt there was a void for the Oral Surgery practices in regards to training. There

are many doctors, surgeons, and other dental consultants, but very few had the daily hands-on experience of working in an oral

surgery office and performing the daily tasks. 

 

She found that as a team member working in an oral surgery practice, she wanted to learn from someone who understands first hand what she was going through in her job.  She never found that person so SHE BECAME that person.

 

During her 28 years in dentistry, Sarah has consulted for many practices; the majority of which have been Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery offices.  However, she has also worked with many general dentists, pediatric, and orthodontic practices as well. She enjoys education and training and helping practices increase profits and streamline their daily routines. She especially loves working with the employees to help them realize their potential, streamlining their job duties, and bringing a little bit of fun to their work environment.

 

She has been referred to as the EMR GURU! She began working on Electronic Medical Records back in 2002.  She has been helping offices make their EMR transition since 2006.  She enjoys what she does and loves the people she meets. This is what she was meant to do.

 

Sarah is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.  Upon graduating from college, she began working in a dental practice and was trained as an expanded duty assistant. She quickly rose to a management position in a multi-specialist office. She worked with Pediatric, Oral Surgery, Ortho, and General Dentists.   Her knowledge of efficient, profitable dental practices and oral surgery practices has come from her extraordinary experience with outstanding Doctors who understood the importance of structure and education.

 

Sarah is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Speaking Empire, Successful Women Made Here. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  Sarah is a true Indiana Hoosier at heart.  She loves IU basketball, the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, and of course Notre Dame football---AND she couldn't be a true Hooiser without being a fan of the Indianapolis 500.
